Return Policy

You have the right to return your order within 14 days after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging.

Due to hygiene reasons, opened, used, or unsealed fragrance products cannot be returned.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged.

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
